What is Energetic Wellness?

4 TIPS FOR ENERGETIC HEALTH

BREATHE

Take five deep breaths upon waking and before you go to sleep. In stressful situations pause and take deep breaths, too.

UNPLUG

Take one hour a day away from technology. Keep electronic devices including mobile phones out of the bedroom.

RELEASE

Take a hot shower, bath or Sunlighten far infrared sauna session before bed. Release the energy of the day and visualize letting go.

STAY RESTED

Create a regular sleep routine and make sure to get 7 to 9 hours of sleep each night. Sleep is when the body repairs and rejuvenates.
